Moved from the West Coast out here a couple of years ago. We were worried about finding a great vet here. After we had our first visit, Western Branch Vet Hosp is our go to. Staff is friendly and they give TLC to our fur babies. They are not over priced and give caring service. Highly recommended.

brought our service dog in because he had a bump on his shoulder. They did a full exam and found an ear infection that the last place wouldn't take the time to look because he didn't sit still; Western Branch was awesome in handling him being scared. They gave us an estimate before doing anything and the price was less than we expected. All of the staff were incredibly nice and gave my pup quality care. Definitely going back for any future care.

The negative is they still have the “pets only” policy that started with covid. Although the dr does call you on your phone while you’re in your vehicle in the parking lot I feel it’s time to let the pet owners back inside. There is nothing more valuable than seeing them examine and treat your pet face to face. I know they love this policy which minimizes the human interface but if it’s about your pet’s health then owners would definitely feel they have a 100% accurate status of their pets if they could see the vet’s actions and ask questions as they go through their processes. It’s time to open up the doors. Sorry for your inconvenience.
